They have earned a position as the primary video hosting service for the video-blogging community. Blip was looking to reposition itself, becoming the home to the Internet's hottest shows and a destination site for the general public. Shane & Peter worked in tandem with the blip.tv team to redevelop the user interface for their multimedia distribution tools & the public site look and feel. The site was retooled to look appealing and friendly, to promote shows, allow for sponsors, simplify the sharing and distribution process. The initial redesign was completed in 3 months and has won public recognition, including two awards for outstanding achievement in the community and hosting categories from the Interactive Media Awards. The goal was to build and integrate a comprehensive solution to all the internal and external technological needs. This solution had to centralize the flow of information between its US and international schools & expos and provide support for new and existing business operations. For over 5 years, S&P has worked directly with the Learning Annex's CTO to achieve solutions to complex, mission critical technical problems. The Learning Annex, earning millions of dollars per month, is now run through a web based business management toolset. Tools were developed for each department, including finance, customer service, sales & marketing, staff management, booking & event management, merchandise, distribution and more. S&P has also provided online tools and on-site technical support for their international expos. S&P was asked to provide a low cost reliable solution to record and process and distribute specific lectures over the Internet. The solution was to be easily accessible to an international audience with sensitivity to the technical restrictions of developing nations. S&P continues to provide an end-to-end solution, including on-site recording, multi-media processing, flash production and the web portal for distribution. As specified by the client, the online lectures encompass the speaker's voice synchronized with their PowerPoint slides. Complete Maintenance Solution RideSpring is a web service that promises to transform the daily commute by making carpooling more convenient and flexible than ever before. RideSpring was looking for a consultant with the knowledge and technical expertise to support the design team. With our ability to draw together a diverse team of skilled contractors, S&P now manages all technical development, design, content and marketing collateral needs for RideSpring. The current software is maintained by S&P staff and new additions to the code continue to be made in tandem by both the original team and S&P developers. Both email & print marketing campaigns have received full support, ranging from postcards & emailers to exhibit booths for trade-shows.
